Danny Rosin, Brand Fuel

I’m grateful for parents that made me pay for part of my college. To cover those college expenses, I started selling shirts door to door on campus. I learned how to manage money, inventory, a sales force, marketing and design. That kick in the pants my parents gave me, that felt mean at the time, is the reason I am with you good people in this amazing industry now.

Johanna Gottlieb, Axis

I’m thankful for slowing down and looking around.

Thankful for walks with my girls where they pick up each leaf and inspect them for minutes at a time. They stop to smell the flowers and allow me to as well. Thankful for not rushing them to walk faster or to get dressed quicker.

Thankful for easy commutes to my home office these days.

For clients that stuck with us and for colleagues who push me.

Thankful for all things orange.

Thankful for diversity and inclusion conversations that our amazing industry is having after too many years of not speaking of it at all.

Grateful for my health and my family’s health.

Grateful for FaceTime with family that keeps us connected when we can’t be together.

Jessica Gibbons-Rauch, Trend on Brand & Trendependent

I'm thankful that I am able to forge my own path in my own way without having to fit into the molds of others, and that I am able to do that due to an amazing support system of friends, colleagues and family.

I love that I am surrounded by beautiful nature and I’m able to immerse myself in it while keeping healthy and strong.

I am reminded every day in the reflection of my mini me that there is a whole world of joy and imagination even if I can't see it. And even though I know she will have barriers and struggles; I can be confident they will be lessened by what I have fought for before her and by giving her the strength to be a beautiful bad ass in her own right.

I am grateful for all of you and cannot wait to see what is next. And to a lesser extent, audibles about warrior princesses, the wonder that is the Aldi specials and my own boxing bag 🙂

Jay Busselle, Equipment Zone

  •  I'm grateful that my parents adopted me

  • That I printed my first t-shirt when I was 16,

  • That my wife said yes

  • That I have 6 crazy kids

  • That I've had epic fails and sweet victories

  • That I'm surrounded by 17 other creative misfits, I mean, chefs who also bleed orange!

  • And of course.... tacos!! 🌮🌮

Meghan Kory, Hit

I am thankful for Pho because it is the soup of the soul and healer of all things. From headaches to hangovers, pho has your back.

I am also thankful for my husband navigating my craziness as a COVID bride and three planned weddings.

Reagan Hartman, Trend on Brand

- Random acts of kindness (even the smallest of gestures)

Molly Neises, Maple Ridge Farm

I'm grateful to be surrounded by amazing people.  Family, friends, and 'Farm members alike - all supporting one another through a chaotic year.

I am grateful for my family's next generation, who is keeping us smiling when many cannot.

I am grateful to see four generations got drawn into Jeopardy with Alex Trebek.

I am grateful for great music, caffeine in just any form, and llamas.

Katie Meenan, Alpha Broder

Kate Plummer, Clearmount

  • I’m thankful that Great British Bake Off had 10 seasons for me to watch.

  • I’m thankful for every team member of PromoKitchen that has worked so hard to provide education, mentorship and community to our industry. This doesn’t happen without their support and energy.

Charity Gibson, Peerless

I am thankful for Mark's invitation to join him and a bunch of weirdos on an adventure of a lifetime and for having the courage (or naiveté) to say yes. I am thankful for my parents being absent from my life and growing up with no rules. It allowed life to teach me certain things the in the most fun ways and in some cases the hardest ways - both of which are the lessons you don't soon forget. I am thankful for my Peerless family and our owner, Gene, who cares for me like I am blood. And finally…

I'm thankful for 2020 and all of the good and crazy and out of the ordinary that has come from it. Unfortunate events aside, this year has forced the world to level up, it has brought me new friends, taught us all just how capable we are, and it has brought so many people together in so many ways we couldn't have ever imagined possible. It's not a situation I would have chosen, but I feel like maybe in some ways at least, it's what we needed. ♡
