Passing the Torch ...
/
PromoKitchen community friends,
I wanted to let you know that I am evolving my role within PromoKitchen in 2016.
After The PPAI Expo this month, I am passing the Presidential torch to Robert Fiveash, a longstanding and respected member of the PromoKitchen chef team. I have loved playing a leadership role in the group since PK was founded by this rambunctious group almost 5 years ago. It's been one heck of a ride and, no doubt, there are great things to follow.
Robert has been a chef with PromoKitchen from the beginning and is one of the steady hands responsible for steering PromoKitchen through its growth over the years. Robert is already known to many of you, and for those who don't know him, you are in for a treat. If you're at the PK Mixer on Monday Jan 11, please be sure to give Robert a big high five.
Importantly, I am not leaving PromoKitchen. Rather, I am transitioning my day to day duties to Robert and our Executive Team as I am looking to devote more time to my 2 companies, family, side projects, and other non-profit pursuits. I am also conscious of making room for other excellent chef leaders.
After The PPAI Expo, I am moving into a Chairman Emeritus role with PromoKitchen. I will still be involved as a mentor. I will still write for PK. I will still be involved in the podcast. I will continue to be an evangelist.
It has been a privilege to lead this great organization since 2011. It's been a wonderful journey and I couldn't be more excited about the future of PromoKitchen and our dynamic industry.
Onwards!
Mark Graham
